Alert triage
New two-step workflow for handling alerts. When an alert fires, Deductive delivers a quick triage summary in the Slack thread first. If you need more detail, hit “Dig Deeper” to provide additional context and kick off a full investigation.
Import runbooks from your tools
New “Import Runbook” flow that searches your connected sources (Slack, GitHub, etc.) and extracts structured runbooks you can review and edit. Includes a dry-run mode so you can test a runbook without executing it.

Triage responses and investigation results in Slack now use proper Block Kit formatting with structured sections and action buttons instead of raw markdown.
