Generate a Rootly API key for authentication
- Log in to your Rootly account
- Click on your organization dropdown in the top navigation
- Navigate to Organization Settings > API Keys
- Click ‘Generate New API Key’
- Choose the appropriate scope (Global, Team, or Personal)
- Copy the generated API key
- The default API URL is https://api.rootly.com
