Step 1: Create Your Organization
Log in to your Deductive account and create your organization. Note: If you are an enterprise customer or joining an existing team, your organization may already be created for you.Step 2: Set Up Integrations
To get the most out of Deductive, we recommend connecting at least one integration from each category. This provides the AI SRE Agent with the complete context needed to reason across your entire stack. Go to Integrations in your Deductive account to start connecting your tools:- Observability — Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, and more
- Development — GitHub, AWS, Jira
- Incidents — Incident.io, PagerDuty, Rootly
- Collaboration — Slack
- AI Coding Agents — Cursor, Claude Code
Step 3: Start in the Playground
Once your integrations are connected, head over to the Playground (or Chat) to start interacting with the AI SRE Agent. Ask questions about your systems, incidents, or code:- “What caused the recent spike in error rates?”
- “Show me recent code changes related to the payment service”
- “What’s the root cause of the incident from last night?”
- “Find all services with high memory usage”
