Configure Jira Domain
Enter your Atlassian Jira domain- Enter your Jira domain (e.g., yourcompany.atlassian.net)
- Do not include ‘https://’ - just the domain name
- For Jira Cloud, this is typically yourcompany.atlassian.net
Create an API Token
Generate an API token for Jira access- Log in to your Atlassian account
- Navigate to Account Settings > Security > API Tokens
- Click ‘Create API Token’
- Enter a label for the token (e.g., ‘Deductive AI’)
- Click ‘Create’
- Copy the generated token immediately (you won’t see it again)
- Enter your Atlassian account email in the ‘Email’ field
- Paste the API token in the ‘API Token’ field
